Roasted Blueberry Coconut Parfaits!
This is Parfait goodness overload -just take a look at
that beast and all those combination of flavors and
toppings. This is one serious dessert!
Items Needed:
  • 1 1/2 pints fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 cups light canned coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 (17-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened, flaked coconut
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, measured in solid form
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Yogurt Raspberry Parfait!
Healthy and tasty -combined to one. The goodness of raspberry
and the health benefits of soy yogurt. No doubt, you're
gonna love this like crazy!
Items Needed:
  • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp minced crystallized ginger, or more to taste
  • 2 tsp granulated stevia, or more to taste
  • 4 cups plain soy yogurt
  • Fresh raspberries, optional
Chocolate with Nuts Parfait!
This is one of my favorites! Macadamia nuts are tasty and their
texture is awesome. Imagine on your spoon a dash of smooth
whip cream and some bits of chocolate and milk in between.
This is such a total joy -I can't say anything more!
Items Needed:
  • 7 oz. Hawaiian Host Milk Chocolate AlohaMacs
  • 1 box (4.6 oz.) Vanilla Pudding (not instant)
  • 2 cups Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
Pumpkin Pie Parfait!
For the heath buff and for those guys looking for some
mad Thanksgiving dessert here's the perfect match for
this occasion -Pumpkin Pie Parfait!
Items Needed:
  • 1/4 cup plain pumpkin purée (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 large frozen banana
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Mango Quinoa Flakes Parfait
Want something tropical? Try this mango parfait thats
have been coupled with quinoa flakes. It just hits you
with that fresh oriental sweet taste. Give it a try!
Items Need:
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 3/4 - 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 large mango
Cookie Dough Parfait
It's a total temptation. Look at that nuts, granola and
cream filling all coming together to make such an awesome treat!
Items Needed:
  • ½ butter (1 stick), softened
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1½ Tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 2 cups granola (homemade or store bought)
